Handmade wall hanging with Quilling art

Dear Friends,

                         Greeting cards are most appropriate medium to express your feelings about your dear ones. There are so many occasions when you have to send or give greeting cards. If you make theses cards yourself, your dear ones would be impressed to see your creativity and you would get compliments also. I will tell you, how you can prepare this handmade greeting card.

Materials required are:-

1) Card sheet

2) Scissor

3) Quilling art strips

4) Quilling art tool

5) Adhesive

6) Decorative Stones of desirable size

Please follow these steps to make it which are as follows:-

1) Cut the rectangular card of desirable size from the sheet with sheet cutter.

2) Make round figure of grey and pink quilling art paper strips and stick at the left corner of card.

3) Make leaf patterns with yellow and dark brown strips and stick them around the round figure. Place a decorative Silverstone at very tip of leaf.

4) Make stems with dark brown paper strip and attach some leaves on both sides upwards and sideway.

5) Make body of butterfly with dark brown leaf shape and wings with yellow strips. Wings are of two sizes big and small.

6) Arrange these as shown in the picture. Stick two small round stone to show the eyes of butterfly.

7) Make outlines with black sketch pen, write greetings on the card.

8) Write your text inside the card.

Now your Handmade greeting card is ready to be send to friends, family members etc.
